The game Counter Strike 1.6 is amazing game and became very popular in very first phase of its launch. It was around year 2000 because firstly it was presented on year 1999 when it was made as an additional game for Half Life.
The main goal in the game is to win the opponent by smarter tactics, better performance and so on. To play the game there should be at least to players but then it is only one on one and it hard to play the game in such way because maps are pretty big usually and sometimes it will take very long time to find an opponent.
The game itself can be played with computer as well (with so called bots) which are computer but mostly this game was very popular because you could play against your friends, you could play it with your friends in one team against other players but mostly it was played in multiplayer style. On internet or LAN.
There are two teams in the game which are trying to complete their mission. One of the team is counter terrorists (like police or special forces) and against them there are terrorists.
The main tasks for counter terrorists:
- One of the main tasks is to protect their base from the opponent which can plant a bomb in their base and blow it up. If the opponent complete that, round ends and terrorists win the round. This is not a very easy task because usually everyone runs around the map and tries to kill their enemies. If the bomb is already planted, counter terrorists can neutralize it but it takes time and while you are doing that, you cannot shoot or do anything else. It means that opponent can easily kill you while you are neutralizing the bomb;
- Other task is to get hostages from the terrorist base and get them back to your base where you begin the game. It is usually very hard because it is hard to hide 4 hostages and terrorists can easily see you when you run together with them. Taking by one, it is always too long and mostly it is hard to run 4 times to terrorist base without meeting an opponent;
- And the last one is, if you kill all of your enemies, then you win the round and you can start to prepare for a new one.
- The situation is pretty similar that is already explained above. Terrorists should plant the bomb in counter terrorist base and blow it;
- They should protect hostages that counter terrorists won’t take them easily away and win the round because when hostages are take back to counter terrorist base, the round ends and counter terrorists win;
- The last one is the same for both parties. If one of the teams manage to kill all of their enemies during the given time of the round then they win the round and get some extra cash for buying new weapons or bullets in the next round.
